No Hair-Cut for children under 5 Years old and provide a comfortable and secure service to customers, if parents bring their children to have hair-cut and the children are not able to sit quietly or over-react, hair stylish can refuse to provide service under safety issue; if children have the same situation during hair-cut, hair stylish also has the right to decide to stop service to avoid any unnecessary accidents, cost will be non-refundable.

QB HOUSE operates on a first-come, first-served basis and no prior reservation is required. We only provide professional haircut service and we do not trim eyebrow or beard.

If there are more than 3 number are exceeded in the queue, you need to line up again. You can go to the ticket vending machine and press the "re-get ticket" option. This will print a new haircut ticket for you, and the ticket can only be used before the deadline on the same day. If customers have any questions or encounter problems, it is recommended to seek further guidance directly from the staff, who will have the latest information.

Sorry we do not provide appoint services at QB HOUSE. The hairstylists arrange services based on the ticket numbers to provide convenient and fast service.
